| | While our focus is nutrition and health education, we believe in "whole health." Proper hydration, reducing stress, getting adequate sleep, exercise, and a positive attitude are important factors in creating and maintaining a healthy immune system. While nutrition provides a solid foundation, "optimum" health requires balance in each of these areas.

Often, people know they don't eat right and pop a few vitamins or use herbals in hopes of overcoming a lousy diet. More and more studies are confirming this won't work. Your body needs the foods these substances come from – namely fruits, vegetables and other plants (for example, soy.) Why are these so important? In every fruit and vegetable, there are at least 10 000 different phytochemicals essential for a healthy immune system which in turn is critical in preventing disease. And scientists keep discovering more and more important substances in food. Is the answer taking 10,000 pills? We don't think so. The answer is more fruits, vegetables and other whole foods. We consistently find that the area where people are most challenged, nutritionally, is eating an abundance of produce everyday. A lot of diseases could correctly be described as "fruit and vegetable deficiencies." Believe it or not, there is an answer that doesn't require dramatic changes to your diet. We have it! To learn more about a clinically-proven and convenient way to get more fruits and vegetables as well as other whole foods, take a moment to click on our product banner on the right panel.
