Ingredients: 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup fresh parsley (optional) 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup filtered water 1/2 cup tahini (get this in a health foods store) 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional) 1/2 cup fresh cilantro 3 tablespoons fresh ginger
Directions: Blend in high speed blender until smooth.
